Best customer service I’ve ever received. All the staff genuinely made you feel like they were so invested and wanted to help you out. And now I’ve got a pair of glasses that have genuinely changed my life, so can’t be more thankful for the team at Rosser

Tried all the major optometrists and was let down every time, i had some steel stuck in my eye and had to get it removed urgent so tried Rosser optometry, was best service i’ve ever received, ended up going back and getting my eyes tested and new glasses made up and was awesome experience, from the lady’s in the show room to the optometrists themselves it was a absolute delight, cheers lady’s,

Sophia and the team at Rosser have always gone above and beyond! With having a recurrent corneal erosion that just pops its ugly head out when ever it wants to, Sophia and the team have just been so caring, helpful and understanding, which is also very genuine. I had another episode with this issue just this past Saturday, which also just happened to be our wedding day! Once again Sophia was more than happy to help me out immediately, even outside their usual business hours being it was a Saturday. Quite literally saved our wedding day and we could not be more grateful. Thank you!! Highly recommend Rosser Optometry :)

Excellent service and staff. My first experience with them was a late Friday afternoon visit with some metal in my eye. The optometrist attended to me immediately removing the shard. I've since been getting annual eye checks with them and will continue to have my eye care needs serviced there.

The best optometry practice in Goldcoast. As a kid-friendly optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Sophia Gerritsma. All individuals receive individual eye care, as stated in their logo.

Exceptional customer service and professionalism. My partner needed a colour vision test for a job. The friendly reception were outstanding over the phone and in person in scheduling him an appointment last minute. I would highly recommend this Optometry practice and in particular Rosanne. She took her time to explain colour vision to us and showed great professionalism and compassion. We both live in Brisbane and I am now going to book my next eye test here as it is well worth the travel. :)
