Excellent service and staff. My first experience with them was a late Friday afternoon visit with some metal in my eye. The optometrist attended to me immediately removing the shard. I've since been getting annual eye checks with them and will continue to have my eye care needs serviced there.

Exceptional customer service and professionalism. My partner needed a colour vision test for a job. The friendly reception were outstanding over the phone and in person in scheduling him an appointment last minute. I would highly recommend this Optometry practice and in particular Rosanne. She took her time to explain colour vision to us and showed great professionalism and compassion. We both live in Brisbane and I am now going to book my next eye test here as it is well worth the travel. :)

It was very thorough check up on my eye & the frames recommended were excellent. I am happy with the service & will come back each year for eye checks even if I live in Sydney.

I have been a patient of Rosser Optometry for many many years...always super happy with service from all the staff, recently I needed an upgrade of sunnies and multi glasses, and was offered a new technology test. With this machine we take over 7,000 optical measurement points and transfer them into your individual lenses, to give you the best vision possible! The results: - Sharper than ever distance vision - Widest field of view for intermediate & close vision - Improved night vision - Improved visual comfort - Clearer fine detail at close range Rosanne kindly ran this test explained the difference between old lens and this new style, oh ok I am happy to try them. Wow thank you so much Rosanne 💗, you are the best, am so super happy with my new lenses has made a world of difference when driving and walking around shopping centres. I now have my house glasses and readers and can guarantee I will get these done later in the year. Thanks again from a super happy customer.
