Exceptional customer service and professionalism. My partner needed a colour vision test for a job. The friendly reception were outstanding over the phone and in person in scheduling him an appointment last minute. I would highly recommend this Optometry practice and in particular Rosanne. She took her time to explain colour vision to us and showed great professionalism and compassion. We both live in Brisbane and I am now going to book my next eye test here as it is well worth the travel. :)

A cut above the others in terms of knowledge and experience which resulted in best pair of progressive specs I've had in years .

It was very thorough check up on my eye & the frames recommended were excellent. I am happy with the service & will come back each year for eye checks even if I live in Sydney.

Sophia and the team at Rosser have always gone above and beyond! With having a recurrent corneal erosion that just pops its ugly head out when ever it wants to, Sophia and the team have just been so caring, helpful and understanding, which is also very genuine. I had another episode with this issue just this past Saturday, which also just happened to be our wedding day! Once again Sophia was more than happy to help me out immediately, even outside their usual business hours being it was a Saturday.
