Exceptional customer service and professionalism. My partner needed a colour vision test for a job. The friendly reception were outstanding over the phone and in person in scheduling him an appointment last minute. I would highly recommend this Optometry practice and in particular Rosanne. She took her time to explain colour vision to us and showed great professionalism and compassion. We both live in Brisbane and I am now going to book my next eye test here as it is well worth the travel. :)

Very happy to live closer to this optometrist again. Not the cheapest, but they have state-of-the-art equipment, experienced and knowledgeable staff and a very friendly, helpful manner, during and post sales. Highly recommend.

A cut above the others in terms of knowledge and experience which resulted in best pair of progressive specs I've had in years .

Tried all the major optometrists and was let down every time, i had some steel stuck in my eye and had to get it removed urgent so tried Rosser optometry, was best service i’ve ever received, ended up going back and getting my eyes tested and new glasses made up and was awesome experience, from the lady’s in the show room to the optometrists themselves it was a absolute delight, cheers lady’s,

The best optometry practice in Goldcoast. As a kid-friendly optometrist, I highly recommend Dr. Sophia Gerritsma. All individuals receive individual eye care, as stated in their logo.

Just picked up my new glasses with lenses that l have not had before and they are perfect!🤩. First time customer and l am so happy with the outcome! All the girls are knowledgeable in what they do, to Sophie the very thorough and lovely Optometrist , to Theresa who fitted my glasses perfectly. Highly recommend them to get your eyes looked after. A wonderful group of people. I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years, and I love that they treat me as a friend and not a number. They have a great range to choose from and are always helpful, kind and cheerful.

Excellent service and staff. My first experience with them was a late Friday afternoon visit with some metal in my eye. The optometrist attended to me immediately removing the shard. I've since been getting annual eye checks with them and will continue to have my eye care needs serviced there.
