Dr Minh Nguyen

Optometrist

Minh graduated with Masters of Optometry from the Queensland University of Technology in 2015. She has volunteered with Indigenous communities in rural Western Australia, with aged care facilities in Hong Kong, and performed cataract assessments with the Australian Health Humanitarian Aid (AHHA) in Cambodia. Minh is passionate about many disciplines of optometry including dry eye therapy, contact lenses, and children’s vision.

Minh takes a holistic approach to eyecare, catering to her patients for their own unique eye care needs. She participates in the QLD Children’s Hospital Paediatric Optometry Alignment Program and is a CASA Credentialled Optometrist (CO), performing eye medicals for all classes of CASA licences.

Minh is therapeutically endorsed to prescribe ophthalmic medicines and has published several articles for optometry magazines. Outside of optometry, Minh is an avid calisthenics and fitness enthusiast, and loves spending time with her friends, family, and her beloved cat.
