Very clean and professional facilities. I took my husband here for an emergency eye appointment and was able to see Dr. Gerritsma very quickly. With COVID restrictions, it's clear that management has followed all protocols and maintains an environment that is both safe and yet still comfortable for patients. The location is easily accessible and the options (i.e. glasses) are great for all budgets. Will definitely go back as our regular eye doctor, which is saying something because I'm not a big fan of having someone poke at my eyes!

Dr Gerritsma was amazing! She was so friendly and professional. I absolutely love my new glasses and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Sophia and the team at Rosser have always gone above and beyond! With having a recurrent corneal erosion that just pops its ugly head out when ever it wants to, Sophia and the team have just been so caring, helpful and understanding, which is also very genuine. I had another episode with this issue just this past Saturday, which also just happened to be our wedding day! Once again Sophia was more than happy to help me out immediately, even outside their usual business hours being it was a Saturday. Quite literally saved our wedding day and we could not be more grateful. Thank you!! Highly recommend Rosser Optometry :)

Very happy to live closer to this optometrist again. Not the cheapest, but they have state-of-the-art equipment, experienced and knowledgeable staff and a very friendly, helpful manner, during and post sales. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and staff. My first experience with them was a late Friday afternoon visit with some metal in my eye. The optometrist attended to me immediately removing the shard. I've since been getting annual eye checks with them and will continue to have my eye care needs serviced there.

Tried all the major optometrists and was let down every time, i had some steel stuck in my eye and had to get it removed urgent so tried Rosser optometry, was best service i’ve ever received, ended up going back and getting my eyes tested and new glasses made up and was awesome experience, from the lady’s in the show room to the optometrists themselves it was a absolute delight, cheers lady’s,
